OUR TEACHERS
Brodie Walker
Brodie completed her teacher training in Nepal over 10 years ago, an experience that deeply shaped the way she teaches and connects through yoga. Since then, she has been passionate about creating thoughtful and intentional sequences that leave her students feeling present, calm and connected.
Her classes are creative and mindful, yet always grounded in compassion and care. Brodie believes yoga is more than just movement - it’s an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to come home to yourself. She loves holding space that feels safe, nourishing, and supportive, so students walk away not only with stronger bodies, but also with lighter hearts and clearer minds.
Alyssa Kelty
Alyssa has been a devoted student of yoga for the past seven years, drawn deeply to the philosophical roots of the practice and its ability to connect mind, body, and spirit. In July 2025, she answered the call to further her journey by completing her Yoga Teacher Training in Guatemala.
With a lifelong background in dance, art, and music, Alyssa brings a unique creative expression to her teaching. Her classes are calm, reflective, and deeply intuitive - inviting students to explore the self through gentle yet powerful movement. Each flow is thoughtfully crafted to nourish the body, refresh the mind, and leave you feeling supported and grounded.
Alyssa’s approach is rooted in the belief that we are all lifelong learners. Her passion lies in continuing to study and share the rich philosophy of yoga and meditation, guiding others while always remaining a dedicated student herself.
Emily Black
Emily first found yoga at 20 years old, beginning with only one goal in mind: flexibility, something that didn’t come naturally. But what she discovered along the way was so much more—yoga taught her patience, resilience and that sometimes we need to slow down to speed up. She saw that the lessons from the mat often carried into everyday life. It deepened her connection to her inner world and offered a place of calm.
With a decade of practice, Emily invites students of all levels and experiences to join her classes. She believes in creating a space where people feel comfortable, sometimes challenged but always held, encouraging students to explore their practice at their own pace, and trusting that what’s meant for them in their practice will always find them.
Emily completed her first teacher training in 2018 and furthered her studies in 2022.
