Our boutique accommodation includes a collection of Houses, Cottages, Wilderness Huts, and Lake Huts - each thoughtfully designed for couples, families, and groups. Every space is crafted with care, blending reclaimed timbers, raw corrugated iron, and locally sourced materials to reflect both sustainability and style. The result is a seamless balance of old and new, offering a warm, natural aesthetic that feels authentically connected to its surroundings.
Each retreat is privately positioned across the estate, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature while enjoying complete comfort. Wake to the sound of birdsong, breathe in fresh air, be immersed in nature amongst the paperbark and gum trees, and share the grounds with our resident kangaroos, wallabies, and abundant wildlife.
Perfectly located to explore the Shoalhaven and South Coast, Worrowing is just a short scenic drive to white-sand beaches, national parks, local attractions, shops, breweries, distilleries, restaurants and cafes at the boutique towns of Huskisson, Hyams Beach and Vincentia.

Worrowing Houses 1 & 2 are spacious farm-style residences inspired by the original Worrowing Homestead. Each house sleeps up to nine guests across four bedrooms, making them ideal for family gatherings or group getaways.
Set 150 metres apart on a rolling hillside, the two houses enjoy sweeping views of open paddocks, native trees and visiting wildlife. Designed for comfort and connection, they are the largest accommodation options on the estate and feature: open-plan living area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso breville pod coffee machine, utensils), dining area, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath), laundry, private deck and courtyard dining area with BBQ and a shared outdoor fire pit for evenings under the stars. Here, you can escape the everyday and embrace the ease of country living in an expansive, tranquil setting.

Originally the estate’s horse stables, this two-bedroom house has been lovingly converted into a light-filled retreat for up to four guests. Perched on the ridge beside the Worrowing Homestead gardens, The Stables overlooks rolling hills, farm animals, and surrounding bushland. Inside, enjoy an open-plan living and dining space, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso breville pod coffee machine, utensils), and bathroom with shower. Outdoors, relax with alfresco dining, a BBQ, and a firepit. The Stables is also a favourite preparation space for brides, given its space for getting ready, beautiful antique feature mirror, and proximity to the property’s wedding ceremony and reception locations.

Perfect for couples, families and small groups, these retreats are all located just minutes from pristine white-sand beaches, national parks, and the attractions of Jervis Bay - and only 10-15 minutes’ drive from Worrowing Estate. All properties are fully self-contained and designed for comfort, style, and relaxation by the sea.

THE VILLAS OF HUSKISSON
Located in the heart of Huskisson, The Villas of Huskisson overlook the park and beach and offer the perfect blend of luxury and coastal charm. Inspired by the original house ‘The Oxford’, these contemporary white weatherboard villas are beautifully appointed with luxury furnishings and thoughtful details throughout.
Just 80 metres from the beach and a one-minute walk to cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, and local attractions, the Villas are ideally positioned for a vibrant seaside escape. Guests can also step straight onto the cycleway linking Jervis Bay’s charming coastal villages or take a short drive to explore national parks and pristine beaches.

Positioned on a private bush reserve with direct access to Nelsons Beach, this restored traditional beach cottage and studio offer the perfect bush-meets-beach escape. Just 50–100 metres from the sand and connected to the White Sands Walk and Blenheim Beach, guests can enjoy long days by the sea, coastal walking trails, and cycling paths into Vincentia and Huskisson.
